A unique and exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a proactive Business Development Manager for one of the global leaders in the field of “PaaS” (Platform as a Service).
Providing software and data controlling solutions to clients, the business has gone from strength to strength within several months, having been established for the last 5-6 years as a technology business of choice for retailers and e-commerce companies in the UK and internationally. Deals can range from £100,000 to £1,000,000 in value annually so the overall financial earnings within this role will be vast for the right person. Furthermore, opportunities exist within the business for a future Head of/Director in the Sales Division.
As the lead Business Development Manager you will be responsible for leading the sales of the business through a knowledgeable, consultative, friendly, and diligent service. Bringing on your own new business’ this is a “hunter” type role, so the Business Development Manager will need to be already experienced within cold calling, email canvassing and have a hands-on approach to their work.
The required skills & experience for this new Business Development Manager role include:
• Established sales experience within the software/technology space (essential)
• Knowledge and contacts within ecommerce and/or retail sectors (desirable)
